HOW ALERTS WORK
Alert methodology
Alerts are a view of verified intelligence, not a second opinion on your traffic.
- ·Alerts are raised only from real authenticated production traffic. Development and test events are excluded.
- ·AI Shield does not analyze traffic a second time for alerting. Alerts consume the same verified baseline and anomaly results shown on the AI Activity dashboard.
- ·Every alert states the observed value, this website's normal range, and the deviation that triggered it.
- ·Identical alerts are deduplicated and grouped. Repeats update the existing alert instead of creating a new one.
- ·A configured BLOCK policy is never reported as enforcement. Enforcement is only claimed when a provider result verifies it.
